I hope this note finds you all doing well!  Thank you to the members who have completed their fundraising page, and a special thank you to those who have already started fundraising! You are awesome!   

The new fundraising pages feature your thermometer to track your personal goal and this is tallied to the grand total thermometer on the main donation page.  The total goal this year is $375,000, however, it would be great to blow this goal out of the water.  The new pages also allow you to connect directly from your page to social media and email your contacts directly from your page. Once you register I will send you your list of people who donated to you last year.  Thank you in advance for moving forward on this important fundraiser for AYA.  

Also please mark your calendars for November 7, 2024.  We are hosting the AYA Invest in Innovation Community Breakfast at the Arizona Country Club from 8 AM to 9:30 AM.   It is going to be an amazing event with a dynamic panel for entrepreneurs and one of our students will be in attendance sharing what AYA has meant for her life.  You can register for the event here:  bit.ly/4dbQsur    

The breakfast is the perfect opportunity to invite guests to attend to capture some donations for your campaign.  I  encourage you to attend and be a table host if you can.  Here is how to become a table host:

1. Send the attached email and invitation to any guests you believe would enjoy learning more about AYA and want to support your fundraiser. 

2. Arrive a few moments early to greet your guests.

3.  When the "Call to Give" happens at the event, help hand out the pledge forms.  

That's it!  If you would like to host a table or join with another member or two to host a table just let me know by replying to this email.

If you decide to be a table host attached is the invitation, which you can forward to your guests.  In addition, I have an email you can cut and paste to invite your guests. Also attached, just for your review or if you have media contacts, is a press release that details the event. 

At the very least please invite guests to attend this important event for AYA.  Thank you for your incredible efforts in elevating teens in our community. It is going to be a wonderful campaign!
